You agree not to misuse the Services, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of them, and not to scrape, resell or systematically redistribute paid content. Automated access to publicly available catalogue information is permitted through the documented interfaces we publish (such as our MCP endpoint), provided it does not impose unreasonable load on the Services.
Educational content
Content on PrepElephant — including guides, notes, topic answers, questions and explanations — is prepared for educational purposes and reviewed through our academic review process. It is intended to support, not replace, official examination notifications, university curricula and standard textbooks. Examination patterns, schedules and eligibility rules change from time to time; always confirm current details against official sources such as NTA, NBEMS, NMC, AIIMS and your university. Our content does not constitute medical advice, and it must not be used as a substitute for professional clinical judgement or treatment.
Intellectual property
All content on the Services is owned by or licensed to Opsonize AI Edu Tech Solution LLP and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may quote short excerpts of publicly available pages with clear attribution and a link to the original page; you may not republish substantial parts of the Services without written permission.
Purchases and subscriptions
Where paid plans are offered (such as within the mobile applications), the scope, duration and price of each plan are shown at the point of purchase. Access is granted for the stated duration of the plan. Refunds, where applicable, are handled under the store policies through which the purchase was made and applicable law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrepElephant is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the plan in question in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
